Last year (2018) one of our commercial pool heat pump projects in Sydney was recognised as a contributor to the success of the Meriton Apartments’ Evoke Apartment project.

Evoke is a Meriton Apartments’ project worth $200 Million due to its waterfront premium lifestyle offering.

This project was very exciting for Toyesi, as we got to work with all parties including Meriton’s builders & construction team along with the pool builder to ensure that the project was not just a success, but added to the energy efficiency of the building.

Being such a crucial part of the energy efficiency of any building truly excites us, as it gives us the opportunity to add some real value. Anyone can sell a heat pump and claim efficiency.  But Toyesi has been able to demonstrate this time and time again over the last 30 years, and this project was again a great show case of our ability to provide the right solution.

In the Toyesi indoor or plant room solutions, we do not take units designed for outdoors and Jerry-rigged top only mounted canopies for an indoor solution, as we know these are prone to failure in short to medium term and suffer efficiency losses due to the increased static restriction on air flow.

Toyesi plant room heat pumps are designed for being ducted. With High static fans being used in place of prop fans, and with proper duct mounts built onto the equipment.  These duct mounts then are suitable for Flexible or rigid duct extensions.

Our plant room units can be built for top or side discharge arrangements, giving far more discharge and room space flexibility. Thus allowing Toyesi to take the time to allocate the best location for exhaust air, and provide a cushioned duct box with appropriate fire safety grill or outdoor mesh grill for safety.
