Toyesi COVID-19 Update:
Toyesi COVID-19 Update: With the growing concerns over COVID-19 and business in Australia, and how it will affect us all. Toyesi is taking a very serious stance and has implemented company wide discussions and changes in internal policies leading to changes in practices to ensure both its staff and customers stay safe.
For now Toyesi will remain open to support our customers & continue with production of our heat pumps and chillers. However, maintenance and service will be reduced to urgent and essential services. Non-essential services will be considered and discussed on a project by project basis.
We understand all of our customers are important and we will get our units built, supplied and installed as required, however care must be taken to ensure the safety of all people involved in the process.
This may include additional protect clothing, face masks, gloves, sanitised hand gels and wipes as recommended by the NSW Department of Health.
In addition to this our units will be sanitised prior to leaving our factory. We have also asked for our suppliers to also take reasonable steps to ensure product safety prior to accepting them into our factory.
If we all work together during this tough time we will stay safer and together get through.
Priority Service.
This is a time where we need to work together, not just to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but to ensure as much business stays safe and operational for as long as possible. This will help sustain Australia financially in the short run and help rebuild business back up once the threat is over.
However, we know that we must support and prioritise our essential services to ensure a continuity of supply.
Priority will be given:
- Medical
- Food and beverage
- Farmers & Aquaculture
- Hot water services
- Other
Other projects deemed as non-essential will still be built but may occur delays as we work hard to supply the priority clients. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Here at Toyesi we want to send our thoughts and prayers to all those affected by COVID-19 and a heartfelt thank you for your continued patience, support and compassion.
We can only do this if we work together and look out for each other. If we do this, I have no doubt we will collectively overcome this once-in-a-generation challenge.
